Instructions: Before beginning your ritual bath, set a clear intention for what you want to achieve. Whether it's for protection, love, success, or any other purpose, your intention will guide the energy of the bath. Fill your bathtub with warm water. As the water is running, add the bath ingredients. You can steep them in a cloth bag or directly in the water. Once the bath is ready, step into the water. As you do, visualize any negativity or obstacles being washed away by the bathwater. Relax and soak in the bath for at least 15-20 minutes. Close your eyes and visualize the energy of the ingredients enveloping you, working to fulfill your intention. While in the bath, you may choose to recite specific Psalms or affirmations related to your intention. When you're finished with the bath, gently air dry or pat yourself dry with a clean, white towel.
