Special Oil No. 20 is the nearest thing to an "All-Purpose Dressing Oil".  This oil is especially good for beginners since this blend is not condition specific.  Rootworkers value this oil for it's multipurpose effects because this oil can be used for everything except cursing.  I use this oil for drawing love, drawing luck, drawing money, and enhancing blessings and happiness.
 
Instructions: Once you receive your oil it is best to focus your own intentions into the oil. One of the best ways to do this is dressing the candle with the oil and allowing the flame and smoke to send up your intentions. When you dress a candle, you are imprinting your intentions onto it which makes your spells more powerful and effective. For best results use the oils to anoint candles, to make floor washes, to anoint tools and objects, or add a couple of drops to a spiritual bath. I always encourage people to get creative.
